So, Zobelle is an FBI informant. That figures, that’s why he walked around with complete confidence. He knew he couldn’t be touched. Cool that Clay didn’t tell Alvarez about Zobelle being a rat. He wants to do it himself. Like Otto, who is a complete savage, exacting his revenge on that AB. Blind as a bat and still getting the job done. That’s a Warrior.
And how about Weston? His whole world came to an end. Everything he believed in is fake. He was getting used, by Zobelle, since the rape. His hatred blinded him from seeing anything. By the time he did it was way too late.
Polly seemed as tough as nails but I guess the Irish man got to her. I would have figured she knew when it was time to cut all ties and take off. She seemed smarter than that. Guess love is dumber than water.
Gotta give it to Weston. Even in the face of certain death he told his kid to never talk to the cops. Stay strong. But my house was screaming when Jax layed those bullets into him. We been waiting all season for that piece of shit to get his. It was like we was killing our own enemy.
I don’t know if those guys are really Irish or they just practice those accents but I can barely understand them. They damn sure sound real.
Pretty tough spot that Edmund got put in. Either rat on his dad, which can’t be done, or kill the ATF bitch Stahl, which is doable but there is no real way out. Not with this little planning. Trapped in a safe house with no escape plan. Tough.
Yep. I am so proud of Jax. He got the job done. There is no way you are going to let anyone get away with raping your mom. No one. No way.
Gemma had to kill Polly. And there is no way that Tara is going to understand revenge, retribution. She is from a different world. A doctor’s world. A square’s world. A Citizen’s world. That’s what she is, a citizen. That’s why she tried to talk Gemma out of it. Except there is no talking Gemma out of what has to be done. Forward. That’s where she is going. She knows that this is her part of the deal. She was right about her Son, her Husband, their Brothers, outkilling for her. This is her part.
Edmund gave that gun away. Just gave it away. Irish pussy. He should have beaten Stahl to death with that gun, blanks or not. Stahl sure is something. Everything p[layed right into her hands. Polly walking in to discover Edmund , then getting killed by Gemma. Throwing Gemma the gun to get her prints on it, then give her a head start. Just like Gemma said, She is one smart bitch. I don’t know why Gemma sat down after she smoked Polly. She knows better than that for sure. She is the baddest gangster on T.V.
You know they own the cops in that town if they are riding around with shotguns strapped to their backs. Only in Charming.
My house went silent when the Prospect got killed. No one could believe it. That is the last thing we thought would happen. We have been taking bets on whether or not he would get his colors this season. I lost twenty dollars.
Hale sure enjoyed telling Zobelle about his daughter. Then not sending the Sheriff’s out there. Bound by the law.
Zobelle making it back to Budapest. I can’t believe he gets away.
Unser might as well as hang up that badge. He is a big a criminal as the rest of them.
Wow. I can not imagine any one taking my dog away from me, let alone my son. And an enemy to boot. That was the cliff hanger from Hell. The Irish driving into open sea with Jax’s kid. I can’t wait till next season.
What do they expect us to do now? I don’t know about you, but we are gonna RIDE.
I hope you all stay well. I will write from time to time, as long as they let me. This is gonna be like the end of football season. It aint often that some thing brings us a little more together than we already were. So if that show brought us together one day a week and gave us some thing to look forward to, to talk about, which it did, well then I am all for it. Best damn show on the air. Hands down.

I’ll tell you my opinion on Gemma sitting down after whacking Polly, I think it was because a huge load had just come off her shoulders. She needed to pause;unfortunately that was a mistake. I am just hoping that someone will take Stahl out next season. She so needs to go. Because of her twisting the truth to save her own ass, she caused the kidnapping of Abel. Opie should have taken her out when he had the chance. So much for her showing compassion. She’s worse than an outlaw, she doesn’t live by any code at all. Great that the show’s been picked up for season 3. Sucks that we have to wait till next September.

I love to read your blog. I thought the finale sucked. The 2 episodes before it were SO GOOD. It was a let down. I was so mad that Zobelle escaped and that Abel was taken by the Irish guy. I was speechless.
I was also glad that Otto was able to make a stand in prison. I have a soft spot for him, but Opie and Jax are my favorites.

I have watched the the last show several times. I think the new face of Sam Crow is Jax, Opie, and the Scott. They have had Jax’s back, but will keep him grounded in the cause.
Happy what a dude. He has the raw salvage in him. They need him to keep it real, and put the edge on the ture scope of Sam Crow.
Next season there will be hell to pay with the Irsh.
Not sure how Clay will deal with Gima leaving, but I have the gut feeling she will be back.
As for Tara there is still more to come. She is just starting to find her place in the club, and what the true weight of being Jax old Lady is. We finally saw a raw side of her with the Hospital admin lady. One of two things will happen! It could go either way. She is walking the gey line, as of now at least.
As for the prospect, what a shame. I was really wanting him to patch in. But Then again anything can happen!

Now about Tara, seems we are beginning to see a new side of her these last few weeks. Gemma is definatly showing her the ropes and what her status is with the club and the town. I hate trying to guess what might be coming up next ( because the writers always make a lier out of me ) but I have to think we are going to see a VERY vengeful side of Tara after halfsack was killed infront of her and Able being kidnapped while on her watch.
Thats just me guessing again tho.
It’s going to be a long cold winter waiting for next season.

I’ve been following your blog from the beginning of the season. This IS by far the best show on television. I actually don’t really watch tv, but from season 1 I’ve cleared my tuesday nights. I agree with everything you say pretty much. I couldn’t believe Half-sack got killed. I ran a same bet with one of my friends, and I lost as well. I was literally banking on him being patched in. I think the Irish dad is actually Irish, but the son (irish or not)’s accent sounds kinda forced. I hope Jax gets Abel back and somehow,they get to Zobelle. Most of all, I hope Opie and Jax finish off Stahl together. As brothers.

Its entirely possible though that if the actors were to perform accurate accents you would probably understand them even less. I know nobody understood a word I was saying the last time I was in the States.

That’s unimaginable! hah I can’t wait to see what the whole club does to that son of a bitch.
p.s. It’s good to read an actual MC Member’s blog with the show. I watch it religiously, and it’s the only thing I do watch on t.v. Keep writing it up.

BUT I was sooooooo mad that Zobelle didn’t get killed I couldn’t even find a tear when Jax (my fav - my crush - my heartthrob) broke down over losing his son. I understand the family ties and obligations and loyalty - but I wished that Clayed would have left someone at that deli to walk in and blow Zobelle’s head off. And the Prospect - OMG - how freaking shocking was that. Why do actors who do an amazing job and play their character to the hilt always want to leave a show? Very sad for us. Can’t wait for Season 3 - a loyal fan, although a bit disappointed with this finale.

Since all the focus was on Abel, nobody actually said he was gone. Maybe he’ll get patched in the hospital next season? Either way, patched in or gone, next season needs a new prospect. I would like to be the first to volunteer! I could come in as Bobby’s nephew, we have a resemblance but I’m about a foot taller. I would love to take out Stahl! I’ve followed the show since episode 1 season 1. Haven’t missed one yet! Bummer part is waiting until September, maybe an extended season? Wish riding was an option here in the great white north. As I write this it’s s;eet and freezing rain outside. Put on a few miles for me! We were all speachless when Halfsack got it!! Lots of unanswered questions though. What happened to the Nords @ the porno studio when Weston set the place on fire?? Not a word. Does the admin bitch @ the hospital finally get the message or is Tara about to lose her job. I did like the little beating Tara laid on her. Bitch had that coming. As for Unser…come on. His own deputy cheif would have arrested him long before now. He’s way over the top! Only in Charming. As for the Irish stealing Jax’ baby. I was the first woman in town to buy and ride by myself…years ago! I lost my bike and partner so I guess I’m living my life vicariously through this show and I love it! I know Tig is a frightening guy but I have a warm spot for him and Opie. I love Jax, its the same angel and the bad boy thing. I was a nurse and always took good care of the bikers that came through my ER. My chaps are hanging in the closet now but I dream of meeting a guy like you Bob…or any of the family really. To be part of such a community of men that have a purpose and live life fearlessly, whose number one love is riding and family…awesome, as long as I didn’t have to be a porn star! Yes it is a shame Half Sack was killed but I believe he should still have a warriors burial. No he was not patched in but he put his life before his own for the club, to save the child of the VP. In ancient times a man put his life ahead of his own for his clan,they would bury their insignia with the warrior, he in turn deserved a warriors burial. His burial should consist of him earning his colors in his grave. Respect Him, Remember Him, Honor Him. I would like to see this happen for the prospect.

I really hope these guys don’t get overlooked for Emmy season again, this show is unlike anything TV has ever seen, it’s unfortunate they don’t get more recognition.

Im hoping he didnt die, but if he did he gets buried with colors and respect! Gemma had to do what she had to do. She will be back. I wish Charming was a real town, I’d be moving there! I have to agree with Stone Cold, the Irish will never allow Cameron to take Jax’s baby. And Cameron will not hurt Abel. I hope next seasons show comes sooner than next September. Live To Ride. A couple months ago I caught an episode, holy !@#$ I was mad I hadn’t been watching. I watched the remaining episodes and got season 1 on dvd and the other night basically marathon watched all the episodes in one night, crashed at like 5.30am finally. I’m dying now for season 2 on dvd so I can see the beginning episodes in season 2 I missed. This is the best show I’ve ever seen! FX needs to re run the season right after the season ends, that would give a fix for the after season blues. Enjoy the blog! Now I just need a break from snow/ice so I can get a ride in…

Thank God for DVR’s - just watched a two season marathon last weekend (was having some srious withdrawal symptoms)- this show needs to be extended. Saw Charlie Hunman (Jax) in a show from England where he playe a British gang member - was hard to believe it was the same person - shows his acting range though. I, too, can hardly wait for next season - if they cancel this show (like they did another good one “Over There”) I will be way more than ticked off… but at least I will have my DVR to fall back on. This show is too damn good! the finale kicked everything into high gear now. Strangely enough, i actually wanted half sack to live though. i kinda figured something would happen to him anyway. I’ll miss him
But anyway, i think there will be alot of twists,turns, and heavier violence come this next season. A lot of questions will be answered and i think we will see some good old payback for stahl and maybe that irish asshole. come to think of it, cameron was actually fixed up by the sons and tara in season one, so shouldnt he be truly thinking about that and the fact that taking abel is a big mistake? and if he is truly hurt by the death of his son, then why doesnt he try and go after gemma? those are just some questions that i needed answered but maybe ill get them come this next season. Ride on forever, bob!

FB, great reading your blogs and I agree with the majority of where you seem to stand in regards to th SOA. The more I watch, the more impressed I am with their research of the MC world. I grew up as a “friend” of two clubs in NY and the nephew of a rider of a genuine hard core chapter in NY. Today my uncle continues to ride patched and my cousin rides for an affiliate of his dad’s club.
Having been around it when younger gives me enough of an edge to know how to conduct myself with much respect for any of the “real” riders - patched or not…
I ride as a reformed man, staying on the “straight and narrow”, family, “citizen type”, Christian man for the past 20 years. I do realize the draw to club life that pulls me periodically - but the draw of Gos is stronger in my life.
One thing I have to say is that I hope the Green & Black and bad as they come….

I seen half-sac getting killed as to keep the show “real” someone close to the club had to die with all the violence that had been going on. While half was a kewl guy decent to have around his purpose on the show was to be a prospect cause every MC chapter has at least one. I would look for a new prospect mid next season even by the slim chance that half did survive.
With Jax son being taken really there are only one place on that note the show can go and thats back to ireland and the SOA chapter thats there. Should be an aweomse twist, remember samcrow is a gun running MC and righ now there busienss is in danger from two fronts 1. Zobell and 2. the IRA.
Yeah was kinda strange facing the mayans with like 15 to 20 people but keep in mind travel time by the time other chapters had gotton to samcrow they would have been gone.
Plus a good lawyer can get gemma off, when she touched the gun the didnt touch the trigger or even grip it like you would when your going to fire. That right there would get her off I think or at least make the DA not charge her.
Cant wait until next season. I love watching the show at our club house.

I think they jumped the shark so to speak a lil bit on some episodes this session. They need to slow it down a lil and add more content. Its like they are trying to rush the story line through to quick.

Give the viewers what they want. Screw those that are dong ads or what other future stats would produce. I want to see more of the night time drama of a biker club, and the lifestyles that go along with it. If FX does not deliver, then I am sure another station will pick up with a show very much like SOA.
When is Season 2 going to be out on Blue Ray. I have all of season 1 memorized, and I can only watch what I have on DVR for season 2. Please give the public what it wants. More SOA, Season 3, longer seasons, longer show (an hour), and most of all put out all the soundtracks and Blue-Rays.

After all, I have proudly worn my Patch (you southern folks call it a Cut)for some twenty three years now and when one of the hang arounds tried to get me to watch this show I figured he was a little strange. So I finally break down and watch it and holy **** someone writing this **** has been around, no questions asked.
So I just want to say, well done to all involved, you should be proud of your work.
So I just have one questions….we get SOA on SuperChannel up here in British Columbia, when the hell is it coming back on. I know I sound like my old lady when she misses her “stories” in the afternoon, but I really need to know what the **** is going on. Does the scumbag really get away alive, and how do they get the kids back alaive from the mick ****?????

Season 3 will start the same as season 2 - with a funeral. half sac gets his Patch. the season will expand the show to other charters/affiliates via Gemmas travels and jaxs hunt for his son to show the true brotherhood of SOA. sutter knows that this is an important part of mc life. tara will stay in charming worried about whether jax will come back and what will happen with them if he does. all the while defending/securing her position with the club. some will blame her some won’t. gemma and jax will meet and kill cameron together. Stahl will meet an mc fate somehow she has caused way too much pain for the club for SOA allow her to live.
